Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026. SwiftSCORM is a product of BWS Holdings LLC (Fort Smith, Arkansas). These terms are written in plain language on purpose; by using SwiftSCORM you agree to them.

What SwiftSCORM does

SwiftSCORM turns materials you provide into training courses and knowledge checks, delivers them by link with completion tracking and certificates, and exports standard packages (SCORM 1.2, cmi5) for use in your own LMS. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use; an editor is provided for exactly this reason. AI-generated content can contain errors; verify accuracy, especially for safety, compliance, and regulatory training.

Training content is not legal advice

Working editions in our publisher library are built from the laws and regulations they cite, and every course lists its sources. A preview is not a delivery approval. Registered delivery-ready releases are training materials, not legal advice, and are not endorsed by any government agency. Legal requirements can include obligations beyond the training content itself, including trainer qualifications, interactivity, or recordkeeping duties that apply to specific mandates. The employer remains responsible for confirming that a given training program, format, and provider satisfy the specific legal requirement that applies to them. When in doubt, confirm with qualified counsel or the relevant agency.

Your dashboard and account

SwiftSCORM does not use passwords. Publishing a course issues a private dashboard link tied to your email; treat it like a key. If you lose it, you can recover access by magic link sent to the email you published with. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard link private and your email account secure.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed by subscription (monthly or annual) through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; ordinary cancellation without a refund remains effective at the end of the paid billing period. Prices are flat per plan, not per learner. Refunds are covered by our refund policy: one full refund of the first paid subscription payment when the request is received within 30 calendar days after that payment succeeded, once per account or organization, and an approved refund cancels the subscription immediately and ends paid-plan access rather than running to the end of the period. We may change plan pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. The free tier is rate-limited; circumventing those limits is not permitted.

Your content and rights

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the packages you export from your own content. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload another party's copyrighted exam questions or confidential material you are not authorized to process.

Course library

The ready-made course library (the courses on our Templates page, including their Spanish versions) is SwiftSCORM content, adapted from public-domain government sources. Its core instructional content, questions, and correct answers are read-only. You may preview working editions. Registered delivery-ready releases may be assigned through SwiftSCORM and, on paid plans, exported as SCORM/cmi5 packages for use in your own organization's LMS. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish library courses or exported library packages outside your organization. No claim is made over the underlying public-domain source material itself.

Acceptable use

Don't use SwiftSCORM to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms; you may stop using the service at any time, and cancellation stops future billing.

SCORM and compatibility

Packages are built to the SCORM 1.2 specification and tested in an independent local SCORM runtime; verification on external LMSs and SCORM Cloud is still in progress. While SCORM 1.2 is broadly supported, we can't guarantee behavior in every LMS configuration; test in your system before wide rollout.

No warranty / limitation of liability

SwiftSCORM is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWS Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or generated content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new date. Questions: hello@swiftscorm.com.
