Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026. Short version: if SwiftSCORM isn't right for you, your first 30 days are on us.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first paid subscription (monthly or annual), email us and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings. Your completion records stay exportable so you leave with your data. The guarantee applies once per customer.

After 30 days

You can cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and it simply doesn't renew. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time after the first 30 days, though if something exceptional happened, write to us and we'll be reasonable.

How to request one

Email hello@swiftscorm.com from the email you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
