Why this exists

SwiftSCORM was built by a trainer who kept hitting the same wall: the training was mandatory, the team took it seriously, and there was still no clean way to prove it happened. The tools that could produce a defensible record were full learning management systems, priced and built for enterprises. Everyone else was left with sign-in sheets and good intentions.

So we built the missing middle: turn the material you already have into a real course, send it as a link, and get back an audit-ready record of exactly who completed it, with a certificate for every learner. No LMS, no per-person fees, no software for your team to install.

Who is behind it

SwiftSCORM is a product of BWS Holdings LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, founded by Brian Westney. It is independent and self-funded, which keeps the incentives simple: the product has to earn its keep by working.

How we operate

We publish what most vendors keep vague: a real security page that includes what we are still improving, a full accessibility conformance report (VPAT), plain-language privacy and terms, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Every ready-made course in our library cites the government source it was built from. And we are honest about limits: we tell you exactly what we can and can't issue, and our courses are training materials, not legal advice.
